We love that bison is indigenous to our local Alberta climate and are prairie-grass fed, this makes for not only a more environmentally friendly choice of protein (bison consume fewer resources than cattle) but also a more natural treat that is hormone and antibiotic-free. The bison liver we use is human-grade,  iron-rich, contains B vitamins, selenium, protein and fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6).   Wheat-free. Junk-free.
